    At Benny's Boot Hill we will never sell or provide anyone else with your email address or any personal information! Occasionally, we will send emails with discounts and coupons, but we will not send spam or junk mail.

    Please note that merchandise for all online orders is taken directly from our store and is subject to purchase from walk-in customers before it is pulled to be shipped. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you.
    4. Shipping Policy
    SHIPPING POLICY
    Orders will almost always be shipped within 24 hours of receipt (Monday through Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day and usually shipped within 24 hours. We do our best with every order to get your products shipped as soon as possible.

    Customers may select from a number of different shipping options. Most items will be shipped by UPS or USPS depending on size and weight, but other options exist for more expedited delivery or for handling of oversized items. Typical delivery times range from 2-7 days depending on the location of the recipient.

    Benny's Boot Hill only ships orders to verified and confirmed addresses. Typically that means only the credit card billing address of the customer. For orders to be shipped to addresses other than the billing address, please expect delays in the processing of the order until the address can be verified and confirmed.

    FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS ALL ORDERS!
    Minimum Order Amount: Benny's Boot Hill offers Free Shipping on all orders which are shipped to an address within the continental United States (lower 48). Shipping charges can be applied to large orders.

    Free Shipping Service: If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, we reserve the right to ship your order by the best available methond depending on the size and weight of the package as well as its destination.

    Free Shipping & Returns: If your original order qualified for Free Shipping when placed, and you return merchandise from that order so that you keep less than the amount required for Free Shipping, then you no longer qualify for Free Shipping, and your credit for the returned merchandise will be adjusted to reflect the shipping charges that would have been applied.
    5. Return and Warranty Policy
    RETURN POLICY
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT.
  • NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON WORN OR USED MERCHANDISE.
  • Credit card and debit card refunds with a receipt will be credited back to the card it was purchased on.
  • Returns with a receipt older than 30 days will be given a gift card for the lowest sale price of the item.
  • New or unused merchandise without a receipt may be exchanged or returned for a gift card for the lowest sale price of the item.
  • If merchandise is damaged an exchange or gift card will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 20% box and/or restocking fee to any returned merchandise without original packaging and/or tags.
  • After two returns we reserve the right to issue a FINAL SALE on the third item.

  • WARRANTY POLICY
  • The manufacturer guarantees your product to be free of material defects. This DOES NOT INCLUDE normal wear and tear, or problems due to fit. If you feel your footwear is defective, you may return it to us WITH YOUR SALES RECEIPT. We will not accept any defective footwear without a sales receipt.

  • If the product is defective, you will receive an adjusted credit based upon wear and length of ownership, as per the chart:

    30 days = 100% credit
    60 days = 90% credit
    90 days = 80% credit
    120 days = 70% credit
    150 days = 60% credit
    180 days = 50% credit
    210 days = 40% credit
    240 days = 30% credit
    270 days = 20% credit
    300 days = 10% credit
    330 days = 5% credit
    360 days = 0% credit
